Focus on your first 10-lb goal.
Lose 10 lbs or build 10 lbs of lean muscle, and earn the “I LOST it” t-shirt and help a Project 10 Kid receive 90 days of healthy meals, drinks or snacks.
Body by Vi – 90 day Challenge
Focus on a 90-day weight-loss or fitness goal and enter for a chance to become a Challenge Champion or Vi Model and win $5,000 cash, prizes, and other rewards.
Vi Life – 12 month Challenge
Focus on making health a habit by staying consistent for 12 months to access a lifetime of exclusive rewards and recognition.

Throughout Project 10 Kids initiative, for every 10 lbs you lose, Visalus donates 90 days of healthy meals, drinks or snacks on your behalf to one of our Project 10 Kids charity partners.
