As long as your box is able to be picked up by one person and your box is neatly packed, your box is ACCEPTABLE!
Empty Boxes
Empty Boxes are available.
You can pick it up from either 2 of our locations: West Side Indy or Franklin, Indiana for $5.00 per empty boxes.
Or you can buy a replacement box when we picked up your filled boxes for $3.50 per empty box.

***Note:
To ensure the acceptance of your boxes to the branch office, please make sure that your box is neatly taped or wrapped. Over-stuffing of items that may cause bulging of the box will not be accepted and may cause delay due to return of your box.
Safety of your goods
Each box is automatically insured by $200. If you have valuable items that are over $200 in your box, you are entitled to pay extra amount to add additional insurance coverage.
There is an additional fee for each declared electronic item.
We guarantee the safety of your boxes as we store them in our warehouse awaiting for shipment.
